the vehicle wouldnt have passed a pits test.it had all sorts of things wrong with it,that emerged very shortly after it was delivered to me,but i live down south so i couldnt get up there within the 2 and a half months of initial warranty,there IS the CONSUMER WARRANTY wich SPECIFIES THAT THE VEHICLE MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A PITS TEST,BE ROADWORTHY AND WILL DO EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS SOLD TO TO.the control arm bushes were almost non existent,wich made it shake,it had to be parked up.Afetr many many opportunities,i gave them to fix it they just told me to go to the NATIONAL WARRANTY COMPANY WHICH REFUSED TO HELP,and when the ALTERNATOR broke they REFUSED TO FIX THAT AS WELL ,their escape was that they said the vehicle hadnt been serviced enough times in the 6 months this all went down,i told them the vehicle had been PARKED UP AND DIDNT NEED TO BE SERVICED ,PLUS THE FACT THAT THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE CAR SHOULD BE SERVICED EVERY 6 MONTHS,WHEREAS THE WARRANTY COMPANY SAID IT HAD TO BE SERVICED EVERY 3 MONTHS.....IN DIRECT CONTRADICTION OF MANUFACTURER STIPULATIONS.the autoscene people again REFUSED TO HELP ME.I AM STUCK WITH A CAR I CANNOT AFFORD TO FIX NOW.
