googled "usps change of address" and several sites came up. Did not pay adequate attention to the address. Instead of .gov it came up .com. The official USPS change of address form came up. I filled it out and was sent an official USPS receipt for $1. Was charged 29.95 for each of the 2 change of addresses that I submitted.
