Paypal smart connect is such a scam! If you have a Paypal account they automatically set up for this phantom credit card and no matter how many times you complain or ask them to close your account they won't! I finally talked to someone in customer service that said the only way to dispute the charges is to claim the account as fraudulent. If I could have seen his face in person I'm pretty sure he would have been winking at me. I told him all of my frustrations and he kept saying "Oh, ok so it's a fraudulent card..." over and over. Technically it's not a stolen card but I consider Paypal as a company to be fraudulent so I went along with it. The only way to get out of Paypall Smart Connect is close your account and claim that it's fraudulent!!!
