Have you canceled my service when billed $ 197. Complain no response I called again only billed $ 197. This advertisement was used several times, but did not even react. That Internet fraud. Please help me.

  • Clarifies my complaint. First messed up and I wrote supported to cancel the service, I did not realize that this is a separate menu. I received max. an automated message that response within 72 hours. This did not happen, and as the other five cases, no! You can write a written Letter to support, but not once I got an answer which only automatic messages. Thus, in the absence of information always wrote Letter to support, they were deducted during the monthly fees. It is full of misleading the customer, this inernetes fraud. Three days ago I wrote again today for another $ 197 deducted monthly fee, no one ever took drink service. I attach the last two letters.

After this you would have to first write a letter to the resignation is not accepted within the customer service and it is only here because, I can not deal with. Because that is not the customer complaints for sure! You would have long since given up the menu from the canceled service and they can not elicit from me 3 $ 197 * live in a complaint against the company, because of the merits of not responded once (deliberately?? bruising or almost), so they had to steal my money. Please return my credit card within 72 hours of the 3 * $ 197 = $ 591 + $ 100 in the bank interest Total: $ 700!!!
    Referred back my money, a series of charges of fraud within 72 hours. The customer service and replace it with a functionally places. It is outrageous what they did!
