I was contacting a job offer on craigslist when I called the number provided and got a lady on the phone. She described what her company does to employ people and their success rate, followed with a 1 dollar fee to get your account up and running for 2 weeks, no commitments necessary. I canceled my subscription through my e-mail unsubsribtion the same day after realizing the site was a scam and suffered a $1 dollar fee. 2 weeks later a charge of 34.90 appeared on my debit card. I called them to clarify what happened and instead, the agent kept blaming the whole thing on me without even allowing me to talk. So finally I blew up on the guy and told him to have some respect for the customers of his company and not to be rude! He was even more rude and hung up the phone on me. I called again and got the same person with the same attitude and thats when I told him I am asking you nicely did you disconnect my account, and his responses where indirect and unapologetic, instead they were the actions of a scam artist who doesn't want to refund anyone anything because he knows he will never get real customers without deciet. I filed for a claim with my bank and would like to sue them.
