Bought pair of sports shoes off the site. Received an order confirmation from seller. Seller wrote on website that he sends emails re shipping and tracking information. Got no such email after almost 3 weeks and my order is marked as 'processing' on the website. Sent him two emails but no reply so I filed a complaint with paypal.
