I sent Threadup a huge bag of clothes. Mostly name brand.. True religion.. joes jeans.. MEK etc. ALL of which were in great condition. Two coats in particular were brand new. Never worn, bought from Nordstroms. Excited to get my "payout" email, figuring I should at least make some pocket change. Thats exactly what I made. CHANGE!! That bag was FULL of clothes! I called and spoke to a represenative and she said while looking over the pictures that they took of my items She couldn't see anything wrong with a number of the items, The coats in particular. The employee that went through them said they were dirty and stained. I had to take one of the peacoats out of the plastic bag nordstrom put it in to send it to thread up! Its a total lie. This company rips you off, and of course the represenative admitted that they bag up the items they don't want and they are sold to a comany for "donation". I am sick to my stomach. Please don't do business with this company!
