Ordered table set July 27, 2013. In September they delivered but I refused the chair due to a stain. Today is November 18th and I have yet to receive the replacement. Ive been told several different delivery dates. I've been told they would look into it. I never get call backs. Im always the one calling back. Supposedly I should get it by thanksgiving.
