I had opened an account with 1000 Dollars. On the advice of my broker, Mr. Eric Bowers, I lost 920 Dollars. As according to his words my trade was "insured", LBinary put 1000 Dollars back into my account. By telephone my broker, Mr. Eric Bowers, tried to talk me into a gold account by transferring 4000 Dollars which I declined. After several more telephone calls he handed the phone to another sales person who tried heavily to talk me into these 4000 Dollars. I declined, but unfortunately agreed to invest another 1000 Dollars. As the Master Card transfer was not working, he asked me to give him my card details which unfortunately I did. Within a few minutes he withdrew 3000 Dollars and tried another 1000 Dollars which was declined by my bank. When I saw that my account was increasing by 3000 Dollars, I was shocked and asked to transfer the money back immediately.
He said that I will not get my money back unless I make trades for several 10,000 Dollars because the "insurance" was a bonus which did not allow me to withdraw my money. Then I asked to talk to the manager who said that his staff, Mr. Eric Bowers, was telling a lie when he said the insurance was NOT a bonus. He insisted that I had agreed to withdraw 4000 Dollars and that he had it on record which he would send to me. This file did never arrive because it would have confirmed my agreement for 1000 Dollars only. In this situation now I can not get my money back due to the 1000 Dollar bonus which they refuse to take out of my account.
Luckily my bank advised me to cancel my credit card so that LBinary could not withdraw another 3000 Dollars (my credit card limit) the next day.
Do you know about any way how I can get my 3000 Dollars back?

Update: 12/18/2013

A week ago another staff member contacted me who knew nothing about my issue with LBinary. He promised to follow up my case and make sure that 3000 Dollars will be transferred back to my account. Nothing happened since and he did not call me again.

Update: 12/27/2013

On Dec 19, 2013, LBinary cancelled my withdrawal request for 1000 Dollars without any reason or information. See uploaded screenshot.
