A guy who called himself J----- called me one day and said he worked for Microsoft. How he even got my number and info for my computer issues I didn't know at the time.However he told me he could fix the problem with a lifetime warranty or a one year subscription to his company. He didn't clean my computer at all he just pretended to do so With Malwarebytes antivirus trial and CC cleaner defragg,and a scan.The whole thing is a scam I just wish I had looked at this website earlier.
