I was informed via telephone and later I received a welcome letter (I have this welcome letter to this date) about lowering my interest rate on my credit cards. But I was charged $1000 to my credit card and never received any help. Now the toll free number (1-888-599-7112) is no longer a working number. What a rip off!!! This is very upsetting that such companies can do this to hard working people who are trying to make ends meet!!! Please help us resolve this matter!!! We deserve to be repaid with interest!!!!
