I called on 11/15/13 to cancel this subscription. They said I could not cancel because of a 3 day grace period policy. The women said I was told about this during the first phone call. I know I was not given this policy because I listened to their recording 2 times and there was no notice of this. I told the women this and she completely ignored me. I also told the lady that I never gave them my credit card number, and I am now wondering how they got this information. I believe there is fraud involved with this company and it needs to have the attorney general looking into it. I am writing a complaint to the attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission on this company and their business policies and the fact I never gave them my credit card. If more people turn this company in maybe we can get it closed down and there will not be anymore people scrammed by them.
