January 30, 2013 the amount of $199.00 was deducted from my checking account. I was told that I could cancel after 90 days and get a refund. I have called, emailed and wrote a letter (9/15/2013)requesting my refund. I have two (2) emails (5/31/2013 & 6/3/2013)from them stating that I qualified for a refund, but when I made a complaint with BBB on 10/25/2013, they lied and stated that the "Terms of Service have not been met to receive a refund." In dealing with the BBB all they did was send me emails with comments from Standard Capital and then that was it. I want to know how I can get my money.
