i have been trying to contact customer service to pay down my loan and never get an answer. i have been paying this loan for several months now and recently they have stopped withdrawing funds out of my account. When i try to contact them i get put on hold and no one comes back to help me. this has been a stressful situation that now im on medication for it. i dont even know if there address is correct
