- I have just been scammed $400 by what I believe is this company also. Except my contact name was ann. http://www.will-shine.com/. I have all correspondence and transaction details from western union. And I KNOW she is still operating because she has accepted my partner on Skype trying to get him to also buy products, yet my messages are pending and she is continuously offline on my Skype profile.
