BEWARE OF SO CALLED RECOVERY ROOM SCAMS (Homeland Arbitration) (Owner Michael Cooper- Being Investigated by the FTC) (Partner Ryan Clark)

To all the Consumers, please be careful dealing with this company Homeland Arbitration. They are not a trusted company. His old company name was BCA Recovery.

They have been known to target individuals that purchased educational products and services. They will contact you by email, phone, search engine or just mail you a letter.

They come across like they are a government agency and convince people that they have been investigating a handful of business that provide educational and mentor services and they found out that the companies are scams. They then began to tell you that they will help you recover credit card charges with no Investment up front.

If they are able to scam the card companies into giving you money back, they then charge you a fee from 20% up to 60% depending on if they think you're a sucker or not. They will tell you that the charges have been credited back than tell you to write them a check or cashier’s check for the fee. This is where you get scammed!!!


Not only do they take advantage of the clients but they also submit forged documents to the credit card companies, that’s why they ask you to send them a copy of any contracts or agreements so they can duplicate it with the forged changes and submit it to the card companies, which means if you allowed this company to work on your behalf than you and Homeland Arbitration have just committed a Federal Crime!

Unfortunately this company won’t tell you all of the details on how they do business.

Do yourself a favor and Google (Michael Cooper Tax Club) and click on every link on that first page so you can see what type of people he is involved with and what kind of a character he is. You can also Google (BCA Recovery), his old company name. The complaints get worse! This guy is a true Scammer and needs to be stopped!


My strong advice is to stay clear of Homeland Arbitration. They have multiple Lawsuits being filed against them for Fraud and a handful of other charges.
