I submitted an application for an installment loan. USA Personal Loans said I was approved for $1200.00. THey were depositing money into my bank account. Ricky Foster called and said they had a difficulty direct depositing money and they were sending by Western Union. I had to send $150.00 and they would inturn send me back 1200 + 150.00 total of $1350.00. Then after I sent $150.00 they could not send the $1350 because it cost them $250.00 and I would need to send another $250.00. i refused to do so and they said that I had lost my $150.00 because they could not send me the total amount of $1350.00 unless I send them $250.00.
