They got me with the Kindle fire when I was looking on ebay. I clicked on the link and completed the information screen. No where did it say that there was a monthly charge. I even tried to get out and it said are you sure and lowered the price from 39.95 to29.95.
Once I logged out it would not let me back in. I tried calling no answer just a machine.
I tried sending an email the submit button did not send it or work with multiiple tries. I called my credit card company and once the charge is put through I will dispute it.
None of the links under help worked.
