I have been a Skype Member from 10 years and had been using my same Id for this years. However from last 6 months, they have BLOCKED my account specifying that there has been some fraud activity that has happened on the account and they are Investigating. But this has been taking for long. My initial complain to them was before 3 months and still they are not unblocking the Account. They are niether specifying what wrong activity took place on the account? I have credit balance on my account and they are not even refunding that amount...
Please help...
