I purchased a service contract on a travel trailer with a full service contract refund agreement. The contract with a "no risk- no lose guarantee" cost me $1584.00. When I tried to get the refund after responsibly never using the service I was told by service company, Route 66 RV Network, that I was to contact the dealer that sold me the policy as Route 66 has no responsibility for the sale or refund of the contract. I contacted the dealer, McLaughlin Enterprises, who told me that the insurance company ,Signet Financial Group, has gone out of business.
