When I called they took my credit card #'s for Xfinity Support for Internet. When 10/10/2011 arrived...they DID NOT!!!! Sent someone with a NETGEAR Router (which I did not need at all, and refused to install my new computer w/WINDOW 7. I had them remove that crapware tracker wireless modem and put back my OWN Motorola 5100, which I own...and now have my Linksys Router working. The RIP off was for help setting up a new computer and to Network them using my Linksys. BIG DISGRACE!!!
