I was stupid and clicked on a deal through Facebook. It was a trial for 5GBP. I didn't realise they charged me 95GBP if I didn't return the product in 14 days and then they sent me another monthly installment for another 95GBP. When I tried to cancel they were very helpful but it has been over 1 month and I still have not received my refund. They also bundle this with another product so I'm out twice as much. I will never click on a Facebook deal again and am very mad at myself for falling for this scam.
