I got a call saying I had met the requirements for a grant for low income. They said a charitable donation was required to receive the grant. I thought it was fishy but he reassured me. I loaded a paypal card and paid the $180 and now the numbers will not answer my phone calls. I also asked for the government number to call and they hung up on me. I know I have been scammed and need that money to make the bills I have.
