I paid in advance ($14.95)shipping to have my sunglasses(Oliver Peoples) returned to me after they were to be fixed by OpticsFast. When they e-mailed me the estimate for repair ($30. for one nose guard + additional money for alignment), I asked if there was a mistake, they said no, I asked for my glasses to be returned. I was e-mailed tracking # the package never arrived and was re-routed back to OpticsFast. I was informed via e-mail (signed by Becky) I would have to pay for shipping again for them to re-send my glasses. The package was addressed improperly from their facility. The day I asked for my glasses to be returned there was a fraudulent attempt made using same credit card (used for shipping) to purchase jewelry from store located in same area as OpticsFast (I had account closed) They no longer answer my e-mail & never answer the telephone. I would like my sunglasses returned to me.
