Based on the company's website free offer of Alore and Lorelia products, I signed up and paid the s/h of $2.99 and $5.99. Received the products 9 days ago. Called today to cancel any future orders. The customer rep. told me as I was cancelling before the 14-day trial period, I would have to return both products at my own cost or I could keep the products by agreeing to pay for the products at a 80% discounted price. I asked if I had called on day 14 to cancel would she do that. She said that I would still have to return the products but that I could purchase them at a 90% reduced price. She said the products were full size and were not free. So, their website offer of 'free' products is misleading. No where on their website does it say you have to return the so-called 'free' products. I'm not out of a lot of $ but would like to see this company from doing any further advertising on the internet. They are untruthful, their information is misleading and they really want to scam some money from everyone that thinks they're signing up for a 'free' offer.

  • As all of you i have been missleaded as well. I ordered the free skin serum and paid £3.95 for shipping. after two weeks they took another £87 from my account. I have been calling them to find out the reason but, they said it has been in trading terms that when you ordered the serum, you will be our customer authomaticaly but, you had 14 days to cancel this! I really feel I've been trapped in a kind of fraud process... writing down a big FREE and take the big amounts of money by mentioning it in awrapped cover rather than a clear sentence in small print in the middle of pages of what they call TERMS!!
only imagine if they send 1000 FREE serums they will get estimately £90'000.. Even Lancom serums are not this beneficial ..lolll... Isn't it a joke??!
I am wondering is'nt there any way to stop them doing this and make them to compensate our loss!
