thinking I was at AVG site, ordered anti-virus software for $16.99, and clicked on "free trial upgrade" for one month which could be cancelled at the end of the month. When I checked credit card activity, I saw the charge to SoftwarePros.com for $99.98. When I called the number to cancel everything, I was told it was too late. Repeatedly tried to call to cancel at least the one month trial upgrade, and they no longer answered my calls (was my number on their do-not-answer list?) nor did they respond to my voice messages.
