Last week I had an unauthorized charge to my checking account for $30, plus a $35 overdraft fee. Today I had someone call me from cash advance located in montery, ca tell me I took out a payday loan for $470 and if I did not pay him on the spot he was going to send the police and have me arrested, ruin my good name and call my job constantly to get me fired, his words were he would ruin me. He was foreign and I could barely understand what he was saying, I asked him what his name was and he said "John Denver". He couldn't even pronounce it properly, I had to have him spell it out in order for me to get his name right. I mean really "John Denver", I told the guy his must really think I am stupid. What can I do about this problem?
