i am ebay seller to connie r bloch for complete set of wheel well trim for 66-67 dodge charger only. buyer pays. one trim is not correct. i did noooooooooot wait for buyer to return items before refunding. problem is i charged 15.74 shipping buyer paid. my real shipping ended up over 40.00. when buyer went to send back and saw difference, he refused to send unless i paid the difference in shipping cost. i worked with eBay resolution center many times. they even sent buyer twice a prepaid shipping label to buyer. last response from buyer in an email was "if you do not give me 40.00 by tomorrow you will never get your items back". so, i lost the the items plus my refunded 375.00. i believe buyer sold items since he didn't use the prepaid shipping labels. eBay says there is nothing more they can do. transaction date is actually June 9th, 2013
