They called me on the phone saying that I was transmitting viruses to people and that I needed to get my computer cleaned up. My dad had this problem before which is why I accepted. Only it was Sasktel who had called him and cleaned his computer up, although I was unaware of this at the time. My computer isn't any faster and I still have problems and also now my Norton antivirus is no longer working, which they promised to renew.
