I ordered a chef basket for 10.00 and I was charged over 53.00 dollars and when I realized what happend I cancelled the order the same day and they told me that I would have to wait at 12 to 24 hours to cancelled and I called everyday to cancel the order and then I called my account and they had taken over 53.00dollars from me which caused an over draft on my account.When I got home I called them and they told me the product was still in the factory waiting to be shipped and I told them to call the factory and cancel it before it was shipped and they told me that they did not have the number and I told them to get a hold of who ever has to do it.They told me a manager would get a hold of me with in the next 12 to 24 hours and I told them I want my money back and I kept hearing the same old thing like there mind was a recorder and nothing more.I just want my money back.....
