Complaint 28275 Details Scan your bills for fraud

I heard abo orogold products and decided to try them. it happens to be very expensive, so I informed her that I am very allergic to lots of different cosmetics. S he assured me that after trying the product ,I can always return it for a full refund if not satisfied. It was late at night and I did not pay attention to my receipts. The next day I saw no individual prices listed on receipts.
I went back the next day and wanted to returneverything. The same sales person told me they dont do refunds at the store but their corporate office will refund the money. I called corporate and they told me that she was wrong and they have "no refund" policy. Whe I told them ,I will report it as fraud they agreed to refund $600 for 2products out of 9 I bought. Each product was $280.00, so I expected $560 plus tax 9.75% whiamounts to $614... ,but she said I am getting $600 only...
