When I first got the loan with Everest, the first payment was the intrests, which they took, I missed the second one due to another financial situation. I called never got an answere, asked to leave a message, was on hold for a long time. Then I checked on line and saw they had added fees plus the interests because of the missed payment. So again I tried to contact was on hold again for a long period of time, always got the message (that they were having a high volume of calls). I finally stopped. So I tried contacting them through their website. I waited. then called again, this time I got through and spoke to a young lady who said explained to me because I had missed a payment they added the fees plus I was still liable for the intrests of the $125. Now my bill is $ , I borrowed $400. 10/23/2013, I am now attempting to contact them to see exactly where I am in this, I called this numer 866-794-3244; after 10 mins, someone came on, passed me to customer service, which this number is suppose to be for, after 5 mins someone came online and I told them I wanted to get my balance she said oh, you need to talk to the department of payment issues...NEVER EVEN Heard of such...I have now been hanging on for twentfive minutes. I have been trying to be a fair and decent custormer. I am getting nowhere with these people and everytime I try to call I have serious issues in getting in touch with a human being. Ok, someone just answered (l:39pm) name given Catalina, I gave her my information that they ask for when they supposedly be checking your account..which is my SS#. She then tells me oh, I have to get you over to the payment and issues department again, I asked her, i thought this was it, she says no, I ask what dept. she says, oh, this is customer service, I said, really, so now Im back on hold again. (1:40Pm). I am sick of this, I do know they will not be getting into my account. In reading the comments below, one person says, they need to be stopped. I AGREE, they really do. They are suppose to be withdrawing $208 from my account, not today!!!!!!!!!!!! not after the way this is going down. Then still sends me an email saying I owe them a past due amount of $145..nothing is suppose to be past due because of the conversation we had a few weeks ago about the "issue" of my account. Still hanging on, finnally just hung up.
