I have been paying between $35 - $55 a month on optus extra since Nov 2012 up to Oct 2013 for a service that I was not aware of from a scam company called waala.com.au (Dada Mobile). The optus account is on my name, but the mobile number that this money was deducted from is used by a 15 year old, who thus does not have the authority or permission to approve any downloads at cost. I was under the impression that al1 19hundred numbers have been banned after I requested so from optus 3 years ago after also being caught by such a scam with my children previously
