I received two calls from this person the first was from a woman speaking rudely into my phone about an emergancy but she didnt say what is was about. I left a voice message with my name and number and got a return call today on my birthday of all days telling me im going to be arrested for a debt that was already paid in full ...he then began to speak reckless and rude to me he began to curse at me as well. He ordered me to be quiet and listen to him and when i had a question he began to get upset....i began to ask him questions since he wasnt calling from VA where im located and he couldnt give me information like my work address. He told me he didnt need to give me the address just wait for the police to come in 30mins...I gave him a piece of mind before saying tell them im waiting in the parking lot and when they come for me ...they will be locking (Inappropriate Content Removed) up next !!!!!!!!!!! I also reported this scam to my local police. The number I was called from was 714-916-5703 and there are a slew of complaints for this guy on
