They keep charging my account $97. every month now
and can't do anything through my credit union since I'm not in the country. This is not the first time I'm submitting a complaint.
Update: 11/17/2013
The amount I am owed is now $542. I got their phone # with a Paris area code -331411760534 on my bank statement, but I couldn't communicate.
