I had a 7day trial July 1 to July 8 2013. I was told in order to cancel call 1-877-782-2094 or 1-877-436-5230 which I did. I was never able to get on their site. When I asked for a refund I was told I was not due one because I had used their services at least once.I called the number I was given to cancel. I did not know of another. Camilla Ostler, Customer Relations sent alot of information to my credit card company but nothing to me. My credit card sent me the information.

I signed up for premium on 10/18/13. What happened to it. Are you going to followup on my complaint?
