Same as the other lady ....carried out an online survey & got a free voucher for £1.99 ... Same as other lady checked all terms and conditions & didn't state about them charging £84.95 & monthly thereafter ... Found they took 1.99 on the 25.9.13 & then again on 27.9.13 (didn't realise ) read more on them this morning check my statement and found £84.95 taken on the 10.10.13 .... Have managed to get through & spoke to ernect & he said he would stop further money going out & cancelled Account (have managed to get an email from him) but no refund as he said I willingly gave my credit card details (but that was for the free postage & trial) they're con artists ..... Avoid like the plague!!!!!
