A lady posted on to adopt a shih tzu pup as she was moving due to work and she would take dog to get on plane and it would be delivered to my door I had to pay for flight . I had to send money to person above through money gram . They emailed me to say my puppy would be here by 8pm that night but didn't turn up I checked my emails and they said there was a problem I needed to pay an extra $150 for a carrier as it was the only way to get puppy on plane . I didn't I told them I wasn't paying anymore and I was going to report to police they didn't seem to care .
