We attended a seminar, signed a contract, paid the $3645 via credit card. Decided the next day we did not want it, and sent a cancellation notice via UPS NEXT DAY AIR. It was received within the 3 days stated on the contract and when I called on Tuesday to see why I hadn't been refunded, they assured me it would be within 10-14 business days. I still have not received the credit and every time I call, I get a recording stating they are not open even though I am calling within stated business hours. I have "chatted" online with two different people whom have assured me it has been cancelled. Totally fed up at this point.
