Glen Carlos called my 90 yr old mother & told her that she'd won 2 1/2 million dollars. Fortunately he gave her a phone number to have me call because she couldn't hear well. He gave us a ck# and a claim# to make it sound legit! However, when she gave me the info I googled the phone # & found that it was a cell phone originating from Jamaica. At that point I figured it was a scam. So, I called and asked him how she had won. He told me that she was selected randomly from paying her utility bills on time. ReallY? ok, so then he told me he would notify the IRS & the Federal Reserve and call me back. I decided to call him back & ask him some questions. When I did, he gave me an invitation # & another phone # to call. He told me to call the # & give them the invitation # & they would give me directions. Then I should call him back. I googled that phone# & found that it was indeed a scam so I didn't call him back. In a few minutes he called me back! What nerve!
