They are refusing to refund my money because I didn't get the bottle back to them exactly 30.I was in Mphs. Tn.at the hosp. with my mother with congestive heart failure and Alzheimer. They receive the bottle on Oct. 5, I had a tracking number to keep up with this. Someone on disability willing to try a product to help them loose weight, and an emergency comes up there should be exception .
