I just registered today for this estoreBuilder.com.
On their Welcome Page, they guaranteed that you will not need a credit card for this. You just need to build a website and promote some slimming pills whatsoever. But in some point during the website creating process, they will ask you to update your website for $0.99 (using your credit card) and it is valid for 30 days for you to be able to publish it and start marketing. After that, $27 will be charge on your card for each succeeding months. I registered my credit card but it keep on sending denied messages. I don't know if I'm lucky or if it's some kind of modus just for them to assure that the credit card that I'm using is real.
Just because my instinct told me to assure the authentication of this website, I checked for reviews and found this. I hurried and changed the details of my credit card. But unfortunately I cannot cancel my account on estorebuilder. And I don't know if I will be billed every month for this.
