I made a purchase via streetdeal on 8 Oct and received the confirmation shortly afterwards. As the item was to be delivered to my house, I did not open up the email.
2 days later, I received an email saying that Sgd 99 was billed to me for the premium payment. There was no email prior to that asking for my approval and i remembered that I had unchecked the box for premium membership. (They did gave me a 10% discount for a 'trial membership'for the purchase)
Immediately, I went into my streetdeal account to terminate the premium membership. I would like to know if there is anyway to get a refund? I have tried emailing and calling their office but there is always no answer.
Update: 10/13/2013
Sent an email to Streetdeal and have received an email saying that they will refund in 7 to 14 working days. Hope that they will really do it!
