Please don`t trust them.....they steal Ur stuff..LOTS OF MISSING STUFF
They steal Ur stuff without a hint of shame,tell ties on your face,keep u in dark,ignore Ur calls & r v rude.their employes ( VICTOR and helpers)who come to pick up Ur stuff steal Ur belongings & manage to get away & must be filling their houses with Ur stuff.it seems that co. back them in their actions & have joint hands with them.PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THEM...THEY BOAST THAT THEY HAVE 97% satisfaction rate but all r big fat lies.

We used North American Master Lines company for our move from Clearwater FL. to Canton MI. Our order no. V7835371 was picked up on 9/13.The lot no. was 641326 . We received our stuff last Saturday 10/5.Victor and team picked all our stuff but some of it was missing,missing items included:

1- 9 boxes ( out of which driver found 2 and safely delivered on his way back)

2- 1 Samsonite hard cover suitcase ( navy blue in color)

3- 1 Bike



Our request to you is that please help us and try to locate these as they contain very important stuff . The driver was kind enough to deliver us 2 boxes which he found.Blue suitcase and few boxes contains very valuable stuff and some important documents/ papers also a box of expensive books. Driver says that few items & boxes were not tagged and inventory list was not complete.

We are trying to call co. toll free no and other number but no one is answering any of the calls.

THER R THIEVES WHO DO NOT HESITATE TO LIE ON UR FACE.THEY BELIEVE IN WASHING OF THEIR HANDS & R VERY RUDE.
