Sent $20.00 for Folio release to: Processing Dept. PMB 410, 17625 Union Tpke, Fresh Meadows NY 11366-1515. NOTHING BUT A RIPOFF SCAM. These worse than crap thiefs are the lowest of the earth. Hope the US Postal Service investigates this,since they are using the USPS throughout the country for a major fraud scam.
