i was sent a trisl sample of the product of male vitality and the product made me sick and I called them and told them; I was told to send the remainer of it back and that would not receive any more of it. After I went it back they sent me another bottle, so I called them and they told me to send it back and I would be reimbursed the $41.95 that they taken from my checking account, but as of yet it has not been done.

  • I find it curious that "customer services" response to all complaints are exactly the same.....They know there's a problem with "automatic charges" that they say they don't make.
