On April 5th 2013 I entered a business agreement with Top Choice Merchants in which they where going to provide the following.
• Email Marketing leads
• Targeted Traffic
• Unique Domain Name/Search Engine Optimization
• Expanded Downline/Youtube video/BBW Stamp
• Coaching
For the total amount of $10,000
The basic premise of the contract was to provide me with paid for probable e-mail leads in which they where going to sign up under my account when they have committed to their services. I paid for 1300 such leads. This would give me a commission base from the leads for which to start my business with the company. I was told that I would have the franchise rights of a 100 mile radius from my residence for which to build a territory of my own. They assigned me a coach by the name of Betty Marshal (602-368-3451) and she was going to instruct me from a week to week basis on how the clients that where assigned to me where coming along as far as signing up as well as teach me various way and means on what the company can do for a client that wanted credit card processing and also loan advancement. This was to continue threw August of 2014 thinking by then I would have enough to go on my own and just call them when I needed support. During this time they also provided me with a web site and business cards with an agent number. The web site had a back page in which I could log into and monitor the clients they assigned to me that I bought to see if they committed. This company also sent me a CD of the clients I bought and training CD's as well as written material. Betty my coach also showed me how to start a Spider advertising account to connect with other businesses. To this day I am still getting feed back from this account with no where to direct them. By the first of September I had noticed a line going threw my website name when I punched it in. They said they did not see it and not to worry. By the second week of September my site was no where to be found. I once again called them and they stated that they where experiencing web server difficulties and that things should be back to normal soon. They gave me an e-mail address to write to so I could get to my back office and at that time to also let them know how I want to have my commissions processed. This of course did not work and when I called all I got was an answering machine that left I multitudes of voice mails.

  • My story is basically the same as yours complaint # 272755. Have you rec'd any results from filing for reverse charges with you credit card companies and how. I have filed but they are not promising any results. I did receive a call from
    Digital Blog (Amerifi) who wanted me to sign a letter to no longer pursue charges against them and they would give me a new coach. I refused to sign and told them I would not sign.
    The Lady who only gave me the name "Q" wanted to know what would make me happy. I told her a completer refund of my money since I could no longer contact Top Choice nor could I
    reach them by phone email nor would they return my phone calls.

  • I have not recorded any refunds from my relationship with Scambook, but my credit card company did issue me credit for partial and they are pursuing the issue also. For the credit card company I had to fill out a report and send them a copy of my receipts. I tried several times to contact Top Choice and their receptionist took down my contact information to pass along but so far nothing.
