Bought a Zoom R24 Digital Multitrack Recorder on eBay for AU$545 which arrived in a defective condition with only partial functionality. Still trying to get a refund and they are ignoring my emails, leaving me no choice but to report the matter to the Police, and lodge a claim with ACCC.
