Was unable to cancel order after an hour. I determined I had other responsibilities and couldn't get out of the order. So even though I changed my mind in a time period I thought was appropriate, I still couldn't do it. Also the customer service website was nothing more than an opportunity to buy again. Not really a customer service of any sort.
