An individual came to my door around 7:00 PM and he was selling a magazine subscription. He claimed he is attend Sacramento State. I should have realized he could does not know the mascot plus he smelled of cigarette smoke. In addition, he did not have a city permit to sell plus the permit hours is day time.
I immediately placed a stop payment and planned to closed the account and create a new one. I also contacted the Benicia Police department to file a report, and they commented this company bring in the sales rep in vans to canvass the neighborhood and quickly leave. The police have stopped them, and each one had a warrant. Essentially, these sales reps are convicted felons, who cannot get a job, and use this job for cash.
